A cheaper but less effective way to do this is go to the Cabot house in the basement there is a room where there is a master safe, Fatman, and mini nuke but because the house as flash refresh you can just fast travel to anywhere like sancuary and everything including the zeta gun will refresh so take as much as you want it will never go away, it might be better for people who don't have ammo to spare and don't want to waste time killing supermutants or who don't have enough fire power but if you are getting mini nukes and need them you will 9/10 times have more than enough guns

Best location is the Far Harbor bowling alley. You'll find about 2 to 4 legendary ghouls every single time. And you may find legendary mirelurks and wolves nearby.

I usually farm the Federal Ration Stockpile building (after sneaking in via the Lonely Chapel) for the respawning Fat Man and Mininuke there, but it's good to know there's another pkace Mininukes can be farmed too - thanks for that! 👍
